Biography:
Dr Cris Tarrant founded BDRC Group, the leading UK based market research and advisory group in 1991. The firm is highly respected for its deep specialisation in several service industry sectors, with offices in London, Washington DC, Singapore, Sydney, Cape Town ...and St Albans.

In 2018 the French BVA Group became the majority shareholder, creating a combined organisation with over 700 staff, revenues of over ?150m and offices in 11 countries, that give it a strong global reach. BVA is a leader in CX, with its unique EPIC model providing diagnostic insight that goes way beyond an NPS score. Co-operation with BVA Nudge Consulting allows us to infuse behavioral science into our work.

Cris is a highly experienced and award winning customer insight professional with an outstanding reputation for pinpointing the business implications of research findings. He provides business advice that is sought at CEO and Board level. His extensive experience of global projects includes much customer service and brand evaluation work and more recently studies in the sustainability area.

In 2014 Cris was appointed Fellow of the Market Research Society; the highest accolade of the UK's professional body for market research. In 2021 Cris was named as an inaugural member of the Global Insight 250.
