Biography:
Volker is HOK's Managing Director and leads the operations in Berlin/Germany and Kudos' healthcare division worldwide. Volker has worked in market research since 1999 both in Germany and the UK. He joined the Kudos Research in 2013 as Business Services Manager and served as Head of Kudos Health up until January 2019. Earlier, he spent nearly twelve years in IT, healthcare and B2B market research, latterly as General Manager, responsible for the operation of global data collection operations.
Volker is a certified member of the MRS, a council member of the IQCS and a member of the BHBIA awards committee.
