14+ years research experience in both agencies and research in-house. Before joined in Ipsos in 2008, she worked in
2 years in Horizon Research and 3 years in Synovate in both qualitative and quantitative studies.
4 years at client sides, 2 years in Cadbury and 2 years in Philip Morris, abundant experiences in analyzing consumer thoughts with sharp & succinct direction, abstracting the business implications from consumer insights.
Crystal's qualitative experience covers the entire range of qualitative expertise areas from focus groups and in-depth interviews, to ethnography and online solutions, semiotics and cultural analysis. The expertise includes:
