Biography:
With a masters in Research Psychology I began my research career in South Africa, working for a range of FMCG, Finance and Media companies as well for the South African government, blending qualitative and quantitative techniques to get the best results. In the UK I've worked in both social and market research and have been the project lead and line manager in a few insight agencies. I've specialised in new product development, product innovation, customer experience and advertising research for a range of brands and organisations including Department of Work and Pension, Biotechnology and Biological Science Research Council, Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, McDonald’s, Shell, Nokia, LG, Samsung, Carphone Warehouse, HSBC, LinkedIn, Bupa International, Dunlop and Nissan. After working in a range of agencies I started incling in 2013, we specialise in providing digital solutions for research.
