Research is all about innovation, measurement and understanding. That's what we do at Market Measures, and what I've done with a wonderful variety of clients for the past 15+ years.

It's exciting to be involved in the development of new products; to help clients understand who their customers are and what motivates them; and to watch brands evolve through time.

I approach every research project with an open-mind and aim to provide my clients with strategically useful outcomes through smart thinking.
