Biography:
Rick Nadeau is the President and founder of Quorus Consulting Group. He previously worked for Harris/Decima, initially joining that firm in 1994 while completing his university degree. Rick progressed in a consistent and impressive fashion since his beginnings with the organization, starting as a telephone interviewer in 1994 to his most recent status as Vice President. The breadth of experience he gained during these years made him a valuable researcher in a variety of fields and disciplines. Rick’s ability to develop and deliver high quality, innovative and consistently reliable qualitative and quantitative research projects is best demonstrated by his longstanding client relationships.

Rick's extensive quantitative research experience includes public policy research, pricing, customer satisfaction, market share analysis, market simulation and forecasting, usage and attitudes, and web site evaluation.

Rick’s bilingual capabilities (English and French) make him a valued asset to qualitative assignments. With over 20 years of experience managing qualitative research projects either as an executive interviewer or a focus group moderator, Rick fully understands the benefits and limitations of this research approach. His range of experience includes high tech product testing, museum exhibit concept evaluation, web site design and usability, communications and advertising evaluation, and social issues research.

Rick holds a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Ottawa and an M.B.A. from Queen’s University and is a Certified Analytics and Insights Professional (CAIP).
