Biography:
Himalee has over 25 years of business experience, of which 20 years of market research at Kantar in Sri Lanka. Himalee is a pioneer in the use of specialized research methods, leveraging innovative techniques to help design strategy for leading companies in diverse business sectors.

Himalee was instrumental in introducing the world class Kantar RapidMeter to Sri Lanka, a technologically advanced system for measuring TV audiences, making Sri Lanka the first country outside the UK to have launched the Kantar RapidMeter system.

In 2016, Himalee was recognized for her leadership and contribution to market research at the World Marketing Congress. She was also awarded Woman Super achiever at the Silver Jubilee of the World HRD Congress in 2017.

Currently, she serves as the country representative for the global body ESOMAR. Himalee is also the founder Secretary and the immediate past President of the Market Research Society of Sri Lanka (MRSSL).
