In my 28 year career I covered roles of increasing responsibility within the major market research networks (Research International, Ipsos, AC Nielsen, GfK Eurisko), having the chance to gain a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience of test methodologies, international networks, marketing issues across a multitude of countries and categories.
My areas of specialization include customer satisfaction, product & service innovation, advertising monitor and multi country surveys.
Main fields Automotive, Financial Services, FMCG and TLC.
What I enjoy the most is to provide my Clients with actionable answers to business issues via combining together a deep knowledge of pure techniques and methodologies with marketing skills.
