Biography:
Wide and long-term experience in the organization of data collection - He gained experience working since 1999 as an interviewer in the Republic of Srpska, and then progressing through all stages from regional coordinator to manager for data collection and processing throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2000, he founded his own company SOURCE and expanded his work to the Republic of Serbia. The specific conditions and political situation in BiH gave him additional experience, which later in 2001-2003. transferred to the territories of Montenegro and Kosovo, organizing networks of interviewers and coordinators who successfully carried out numerous surveys. After restructuring and modernization in September 2004, a new development strategy was defined - a strong orientation towards the market of the surrounding countries (former Yugoslav republics). As an independent domestic company, it receives clients and projects exclusively on recommendations and continues cooperation with regional companies. Open Source entered into a strategic partnership with the VALICON company in 2007, and with the onSpot company in 2018, driven by need of connecting two most important parts of each successful research project - reliable "data collection" and excellent "know how". Pavle?s favorite statement is: ?There is no such "know how ? that can cover up bad ?data collection ??!
