Biography:
Fiona founded MESH Experience in 2006 after a career in petfood marketing and advertising at agencies like Leo Burnett. Finding a gap in the market to understand every experience that someone has with a brand, from TV advertising to digital, store and WOM, Fiona pioneered using mobile phones to capture people's experiences in real-time to help clients, like LG Electronics, with their marketing investment decisions. Fiona is on the ESOMAR Research World editorial board, is a Fellow of the MRS, leads Women in Research NYC and, as an entrepreneur of a women owned business, is passionate about diversity and inclusion.
