Biography:
Elvan has been in the research industry for more than 20 years.

She is now leading ERA Research & Consultancy, which he has founded together with her two partners in 2006. Currently she is a board member of the Turkish Researchers Association. She also lectures part time in Bilgi University in Istanbul.

Her company ERA is specialized in corporate reputation studies, segmentation, satisfaction models and brand positioning research.

Elvan has started her undergraduate education in De Anza College, USA. She has graduated from Middle East Technical University, Business Administration Department in 1992.

After working in Revenue Canada for two years as human resources specialist, she is working in the market research industry since 1994. Between 1994 - 2002 she worked in STRATEJİ|MORI in several different positions. After selling the company to GfK Group, she worked there as Assistant General Manager.

Elvan is one of the founding partners of Cocuklar Gulsun Diye Association, an NGO for building pre-schools for children.
