Background information

Biography:
I am born in 1961, studied Dutch Language and Literature, specialized in 17^th century Dutch Literature. Besides that I have studied comparative linguistics and computer science. I am a bit of an ‘all eater’ and still love to read a lot.
I have been qualitative researcher since 1989, and started at the company I now own. I do qualitative research only and am specialized in the more profound methods, used for strategic decisions.
I work for all kinds of clients. I am very much interested in complexity theory and the consequences for market research, and published quite a bit about that subject. I have worked with Professor Snowden on the narrative approach as a method for complex problems. I have presented several papers for ESOMAR congresses.
