One of the founding member of Impetus Research Pvt. Ltd., Raghavendra Srivastava (Raghav) is a Graduate in Economics and Public Administration and Post Graduate in Business Management & Industrial Administration. He has over 28 years of Marketing Research experience with leading companies.

He has hands on experience of handling marketing research field operations at senior positions before moving on from from fieldwork operations to research, where he held several responsible positions across the organizations he worked with. This deep industry experience allows for a holistic approach to the research design and reporting process.

Raghav has exposure to domestic as well as International multi-mode marketing research operations, client servicing and business development portfolios. Apart from India, he has exposure of working in Australia, United Kingdom, Middle East, SAARC Countries, Vietnam and Germany and has been traveling internationally on several research assignments

Proficient in both Qualitative and Quantitative techniques, with more than 4000 projects successfully completed in his career span, Raghav has worked on research assignments covering a wide range of products and services.

Over the past several years Raghavendra has designed and moderated qualitative research such as focus groups and one-on-one depth interviews, workshops and Ethnography amongst general consumer populations (FMCG, Consumer Durables, Automotive, banking & Financial Services etc.), healthcare professionals, Industry Experts, Politicians, Educationists etc., regarding various topics. Types of research conducted include: New Product Evaluations, Advertising Testing, Consumer Satisfaction, Communications Testing, Ideation Groups, Need Gap Analysis, Consumer Ownership Experience, Co-creation Workshops, Automotive Clinics etc. He has also executed many large-scale social research and Public Opinion Polling assignments for leading think tanks, media houses and International bodies.

Domestic and International Project Management: He has extensive experience in all aspects of the project cycle, Client servicing and development and implementation of Qualitative as well as quantitative research projects. In the past 26 years of his career in marketing research have worked in Countries like, Australia, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Middle East and various SAARC countries

Questionnaire Design: End to End research design, client consultation on research design & coverage. Questionnaire review and localization.

Sampling Frame Creation: Constructed, reviewed, and edited a comprehensive sampling frame for many studies using census data, map sampling and other methodologies.

Raghav is Proficient in English and Hindi and can understand several other Indian Languages like Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati and Bangla.
