Membership Qualifications The Armenian Marketing Association members are marketing specialist or marketing directors of different companies acting in Armenia. Most of them are participants of our trainings on Marketing an Management.
Activities
The “Armenian Marketing Association” (AMA) NGO was established by a group of marketing experts in the year of 2002. The creation of this NGO was initiated due to rapidly growing competition in Armenia's market environment. At this stage the level of Marketing Development is very low in Armenia. This is evident based on the research being conducted concerning the use of marketing tools in Armenian companies. The low level of marketing development in Armenia is due to the lack of sufficient information on efficiency and usefulness of marketing and marketing communications. The technical and theoretical basis of Marketing is badly developed. Recent years were marked by a fast growth of marketing consulting firms. However we mainly observed quantitative growth of such organizations.
Based on these factors the Armenian Marketing Association was created to carry into effect qualitative improvement of marketing consultations and analytical works. Through modern marketing tools the Association will help improve efficiency in the activities of Armenian companies. Actions aimed at professional growth which will be undertaken are offered not only to marketing expert but also to business people.
Mission Statement: To establish active working relations among Armenian companies involved in the marketing sector, to provide trainings for marketing experts, to reinforce cooperation between Armenian and Foreign companies/organizations, and to develop a strong marketing concept in Armenia.
